Most Positive Event of the Day: I walked all the way home with Rose, and we talked a lot and laughed a lot and ate some yummy things from Sainsburies!

Hahahaha. Thank you Steve, but you're going to have to vent your frustration on someone else. I'm sure it was an accident. As for me not deserving the hurt, it will teach me for charging out of doors like a zoomy thing (a car at the races?)! Thanks though. . . You're a bit scary sometimes. :)
Ooh, nasty.
Brilliant. Apart from the nose punching. I hope it's ok. And that the person who punched you suffered for it :)
Remember to sit down, lean slightly forward, keep your head at a level above your heart, and pinch your nose until the bleeding stops. Applying a cold compress can also constrict your blood vessels, slowing down the bleeding. Don't lean backwards, as this can cause you to choke on your blood, or to swallow it, causing nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. If the bleeding goes on for more than fifteen minutes, you may need fluid replacement, so call for more medical help.
Poor baby huggles. But yay for trips to Sainsbury's :) love yooooo xox
