Involves some fiddling with code, which many can help you with
I assume you mean you want to link to other peoples' blogs?
You'd need to write:
[a href="http://URL.com"]Cool Person's Blog[/a]
Except where I've put [ and ] put < and >
So you should end up with something like this:
Cool Person's Blog
